摘    要:提出了一种海岛独立型微电网的多目标容量优化配置方法。在一定的系统结构及能量交换策略下,根据海岛的负荷需求,建立了考虑系统投资运行成本、供电可靠性和可再生能源浪费率的多目标优化配置数学模型,构造了决策变量变化范围、微源运行特点、海水淡化机组运行要求、风光互补特性的约束条件,并采用自适应多目标差分进化算法进行求解。算例结果验证了所提优化配置方法的合理性和实用性,可为海岛微电网规划阶段的定容提供参考.

Abstract:This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization for capacity configuration of island stand-alone microgrid.Based on a certain system structure and energy exchange strategy,a mathematic model of multi-objective optimized configuration is established,with the consideration of the system investment and operation cost,the power supply reliability and the waste rate of renewable energy.Meanwhile,constraint conditions are constructed about the range of decision variables,the operation characteristics of micro power sources,the operation requirements of desalination units and the complementary characteristics of wind and solar sources.A self-adaptive multi-object differential evolution algorithm is used to solve this problem.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a case study,and is available for reference to the determination of microgrid capacity in the planning stage.
