反应型粘合剂的合成及其在织物上的应用研究

摘    要:采用乳液聚合的方法合成了反应型粘合剂,讨论了乳化剂配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量以及聚合反应温度对合成粘合剂乳液的性能及单体转化率的影响,并研究了该粘合剂作为涂料印花粘合剂时对印花效果的影响,以及作为多层织物用粘合剂时对织物剥离强度的影响.应用结果表明,该反应型粘合剂有较好的稳定性,印制的织物色彩牢度好、手感佳;作为多层织物粘合剂时,能将织物很好地粘结在一起,剥离强度较高.

Abstract:The reactive adhesive was synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The influences of the emulsifier,initiator,reaction temperature on the properties of adhesive and monomer conversion were discussed.The effects of the adhesive as a pigment printing adhesive on the printed fabrics,and as a multi-layer fabric adhesive on the fabric peeling strength were also studied.The application property showed that the reactive adhesive had good stability,with ideal color fastness and feel of the printed fabrics;and as the adhesive for multi-layer fabrics,it showed excellent adhesive function on the fabrics,with high peeling strength.
