| Abstract: | The energy cooperation of China and Russia has encountered many setbacks in the past decade. Russia's changeable attitude comes of its unique advantage over China in the energy cooperation. We should take into account the energy cooperation from the perspective of the unique advantage and strengthen the international direct investment. |
