| 摘 要： | 企业创新文化是企业文化中的一个子系统,目前国内外很少有人对这一问题进行深入地研究与探讨,尚未形成系统的企业创新文化理论。通过对国内外创新文化研究的述评,梳理了这一研究的脉络,对企业创新文化与文化创新进行了辨析,阐述了双重文化贫困的问题。

| Abstract: | As one of the subsystems of corporate culture,innovation culture is rarely studied thoroughly by either foreign or domestic scholars.As a result,there still lacks the systematic corporate innovation culture.By reviewing the research on innovation culture inside and outside China,this paper traces the study approach,distinguishes the innovation culture and cultural innovation,and explores the dual cultural poverty. |
