摘    要:企业并购不是资金与技术等显性要素的简单联合,而是包括企业文化在内的隐性资源整合。文化整合不力或不当会导致并购预期目标难以实现,阻碍企业竞争力的提升,甚至导致整个并购的失败。本文通过对现代企业并购中文化整合的深层分析,为并购企业的文化整合提供新思路。

Abstract:Enterprise merger is not a simple joint of dominant key element including capital and technology and so on, but the integration of recessive resources including enterprise culture. Culture integration inadequate or inappropriate would lead to targets difficult to achieve, which hinders upgrading the enterprise competitiveness and even leads to the entire failure. This paper tries hard to offer the new thinking for the culture integration of enterprise merger by analyzing the culture integration of modern enterprise merger.
