Study on Gateway to Culture Integration of Modern Enterprise Merger

Enterprise merger is not a simple joint of dominant key element including capital and technology and so on, but the integration of recessive resources including enterprise culture. Culture integration inadequate or inappropriate would lead to targets difficult to achieve, which hinders upgrading the enterprise competitiveness and even leads to the entire failure. This paper tries hard to offer the new thinking for the culture integration of enterprise merger by analyzing the culture integration of modern enterprise merger.
