摘    要:在知识经济时代,人力资源管理在企业中的地位越来越重要.绩效考核作为人力资源管理中的重要一环,对于科研院所的影响也是举足轻重的.所以科研院所应加强和完善绩效考核体系中的每个环节,将考核落到实处,真正发挥绩效考核的作用,曼有效地推动管理水平和业绩的提高.

Abstract:The market competition is the talent competition ultimately. With the arrival of the era of economy, the talents who are high-quality, hybrid and created.Who has the talent might win in the market competition. The talents is a very important resource for the construction e nterprises. So how to strengthen the human resource management in the new situation will have the profound influence for the enterprise development. This paper will discuss the issue how the construction enterprises strengthen the human resources management preliminarily.
