| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析产业结构调整对我国"三农"问题形成的影响,提出在下一阶段产业调整过程中,解决我国"三农"问题的五大抓手,即:①改革现行农村土地制度;②改革现行公共财政制度;③促进农村市场发展;④加快农村金融改革;⑤改革现行户籍制度。
