| 摘 要： | 本文通过借助EVIEWS5．1计量软件，结合Agosin（2000）总投资模型进行了单位根检验与协整检验，建立了动态分布滞后模型，研究了改革开放以来，广东省FDI对国内投资的影响。得出长期内FDI挤出了广东内资投资的结论，针对广东FDI存在的状况，提出规避FDI挤出广东国内投资的一些措施，试图为广东合理引进FDI提供一些有益的建议，以促进FDI和国内资本协调促进经济增长。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author finished unit root test, co-integration test and established a dynamic distributed lag model using EVIEWS5.1 measurement software, combined with Agosin （2000） model of the total investment .In this method the author Analyzed the effect of FDI on domestic investment in the period of reforming and opening up of Guangdong Province. At last the author reached a conclusion on the FDI of Guangdong Province crowd out the domestic investment, and proposed some measures to avoid the crowding-out effect in order to provide some reasonable suggestions attempt to the coordination of FDI and domestic capital in promoting economic growth. |
