| 摘 要： | 现有的财务学侧重于具体的财务管理措施和经营规则,对复杂环境下的理财以及均衡模式下的管理关注不够。本文将经济学的研究方法引入到财务学中,对财务学的结构体系进行重新构建,从财务资源的理性配置出发,探讨财务经济学的理论框架和结构体系。
