| 摘 要： | 以天津农村服务业发展与农民增收为分析对象,在分析天津农村服务业发展中存在农村信息供给不足、农村金融服务弱化和公共服务水平低等现状和问题的基础上,对天津农村服务业的总量结构变化与农民收入变化趋势的关联性进行分析,进而对天津农村服务业发展的公共设施建设、旅游政策支持、物流发展及金融改革等政策环境进行分析,最后提出发展农村服务业促进农民增收的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a study of the rural service industry development and farmers＇ income increase in Tianjin.Rural areas in Tianjin are in want of information,financing service and public service.The paper analyzes the relationship between the scale and structure of rural service industry and farmers＇ income,and reviews the infrastructure,tourism policy,logistics and financial reform in rural areas in Tianjin.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions of developing rural service industry to increase farmers＇ income. |
