产业集群创新能力提高的途径:基于组织理论的解释

目前,产业集群创新能力的提高多从网络观、系统观、制度观等视角来进行分析,很少有从企业之间的关系即组织理论的角度进行研究.事实上,不深入到企业之间的关系,就无法找出影响产业集群创新能力提高的障碍因素,也就无法探寻提升我国产业集群创新能力的途径.

Approach to Improve Innovation Ability of Industrial Clusters Based on Organization Theory

At present,the improving innovation ability of industrial clusters is analyzed from the perspective of network,of system,etc.Few analysis is made from the angle of the relationship between the organizations,that is organization theory.In fact,it is impossible to find out obstacles which influence the improvement of innovation ability if not deepening into the relationship between enterprises.It is even impossible to seek the approach to improve innovation ability of national industrial clusters.
