| 摘 要： | 本文选取2002年度沪市所有上市公司为考察样本进行统计分析,通过研究我国上市公司治理效应,即除了分析公司业绩外,同时从上市公司被侵占、造假的角度分析,来研究公司股权集中度与公司治理效应的相关性,以说明股权集中度对上市公司治理的影响。

| Abstract: | This essay studied with statistics analysis all of the listed companies in shanghai stock market. Through the study on the effects of corporate governance in respected not only of corporate outstanding, but also of assets being taken and making false account, it shows the relevance between corporate ownership concentration and effects of corporate governance, and explain how does the ownership concentration effect the corporate governance. |
