抗磨白口铸铁强韧变质剂的研究

摘    要:本文介绍采用了八种变质剂对 Cr_(15)Mo_3高铬白口铸铁进行变质处理的试验研究。试验结果表明:B、Ti、Sr 复合变质效果优良,使铸铁中的碳化物细小,大部分呈团块化。铸态下 a_K 值达9.1J/cm~2,比未变质提高近一倍。

Abstract:Eight kinds of modificating agents are experimentally used to strengthen the wear resist- ing white cast iron CrlSMo3 in this paper.The test results show that the effect of modifica- tion with B,Ti and Sr is excellent in reducing dimension of carbide in white cast iron.In fact, the majority of carbide in modificated white cast iron are broken into small lumps,so that the toughness of the material is up to 9.1J/cm~2,near one time higher than non-modificated one.
