| 摘 要： | 近代中国，已经建立起相对完善的银行监管制度，它具备四个特性：一是构建了以政府监督为主的较为科学的监管体系；二是有配套的监理官设置来保障银行监管制度的实施；三是近代银行的监管制度打上了传统文化的烙印；四是近代中国银行的监管制度深受西方银行理论的影响。

| Abstract: | China has established the banking supervisory system in modern times.It has four characteristics.First,the government's supervision plays an important role in this scientific system.Secondly,the supervisors are responsible for implementing the system.Thirdly,the system reflects Chinese traditional culture,and finally the system has been greatly influenced by the banking theories of western countries. |
