| 摘 要： | 光伏扶贫是我国精准扶贫的一项重要举措和有效尝试。鉴于光伏扶贫对自然资源与金融资源的需求,在我国贫困地区推广、实施光伏扶贫任务艰巨,应探讨光伏扶贫可持续发展路径,开展光伏扶贫机制模式研究,分析下一步发展面临的挑战,围绕资金、政策、监管方面提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is an important measure and effective attempt of targeted poverty alleviation in China.In view of the demand of photovoltaic poverty alleviation for natural resources and financial resources,the task of promoting and implementing photovoltaic poverty alleviation in China's poor areas is arduous,we should explore the sustainable development path of photovoltaic poverty alleviation,carry out the research of photovoltaic poverty alleviation mechanism mode,analyze the challenges faced by the next development,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions around capital,policy and supervision. |
