吉林省金融支持新型农业经营主体的问题探究

在经济全球化、新型城镇化以及我国农业供给侧结构性改革不断深入的背景下,我国三农发展正处于深刻变革时期,三农发展的内在动因和外部环境都发生了重大且深刻的变化,其中金融对三农发展的支持尤为关键。吉林省金融对农业的支持仍有不足,具体矛盾表现在由总量不足转变为总量不足和结构性矛盾并存,并且结构性矛盾正在逐步凸显。农业产业化龙头企业、农民合作社、家庭农场和专业大户等具有新时代特征的新型农业经营主体,是推进现代化农业发展的最有利推手。吉林省在金融支持新型农业经营主体方面采取了一些积极措施,暂时取得了一定成效,但在实际工作中也存在一些问题,亟待进一步研究解决。

Research on the Financial Support for the New Type of Agricultural Operation Subject in Jilin Province

In the context of economic globalization,new urbanization and the deepening of structural reform of agricultural supply side,the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China is in a period of profound change.The internal motivation and external environment of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have undergone significant and profound changes,especially the financial support for the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The financial support to agriculture in Jilin Province is still insufficient,the concrete contradictions are manifested in the transformation from insufficient aggregate to the coexistence of insufficient aggregate and structural contradictions,and the structural contradiction is gradually emerging.Leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,farmers'cooperatives,family farms and large professional households are the most favorable promoters for the development of modern agriculture.Jilin Province has taken some positive measures in the aspect of financial support for the new type of agricultural operation subject,which has achieved some results temporarily,but there are also some problems in the actual work,which need to be further studied and solved.
