| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力转移不仅需要各种制度更新,还需要提高农村劳动力素质,以改善转移的的速度、规模、层次。因此,农村人力资本投资尤为重要。本文分析了人力资本投资在促进农村剩余劳动力转移的效应以及具体的作用途径,提出了加大农村人力资本投资的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Transference of rural surplus labor demands system renovation and enhancement of rural labor quality so as to improve the speed,scale and level of the transference. The investment in rural human capital is of particular significance.The policy proposals on human capital investment are put forward by analyzing the effects that human capital investment have on rural surplus labor transference and the functional channels through which the investment works. |
