农业上市公司社会责任信息披露问题探讨

农业是国民经济的基础,农业上市公司对社会责任的重视程度与国计民生息息相关。现阶段,由于社会责任信息披露缺乏统一的标准,我国农业上市公司社会责任信息披露数量远低于其他行业、披露内容可比性差、负面信息披露很少。文中通过统计分析,归纳总结现阶段我国农业上市公司社会责任信息披露存在的问题,充分探究问题产生的原因,并从政府和企业层面提出针对性的建议和措施。

Discussion on Social Responsibility Information Disclosure of Agriculture Listed Company

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the attention paid by agricultural listed companies to social responsibility is closely related to people＇ s lives.At present,due to the lack of unified standard social responsibility, there are some problems on the social responsibility information disclosure of agriculture listed company.For example,the disclosure quantity is far lower than the other industries,the disclosure content is non-comparability, the negative information disclosure is few.Through statistical analysis,this paper summarizes the present problems existing in the social responsibility information disclosure of agriculture listed companies,explores the causes of problems,puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
