| 摘 要： | 文中在分析电子商务环境下物流管理应用型人才具备的核心能力的基础上，从课程设置、教学实践和师资队伍建设等方面提出了电子商务物流管理人才培养模式构思，为高校物流管理专业培养电子商务环境下应用型人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the key capability witch professional E -Commerce logistics managers had to have.Then the design of E -Commerce logistics personnel cultivation mode was showed in curriculum provision,teaching practice and teaching research,witch helped colleges and universities to implement their logistics management personnel cultivation provide the reference in e-commerce environment. |
