Research on the Valuation Questions in the Logistics of Cargo Damages

Boking notes of logistics companies often contain valuation clauses. When the loss of the goods occurred, it will bring in many disputes about valuation clauses. Based on exploring the nature and effectiveness of valuation clauses,this paper tries to demonstrate its rationality. But when special circumstances happens,the valuation clauses will be not applicable,and at this time the extent of liability for damages of logistics companies should be expected.
