| 摘 要： | 在我国冷链物流的高速发展时期，冷链物流人才短缺已成为制约冷链物流发展的瓶颈。文中在全面阐述冷链物流人才含义与分类的基础上，重点分析了我国冷链物流人才培养的现状，系统研究了我国冷链物流人才培养的对策。

| Abstract: | Chinese cold-chain logistics is in the period of fast development,but the shortage of cold -chain logistics personnel has been the bottleneck which restricts its development.Based on the comprehensive elaboration of the concept and classification of cold-chain logistics personnel,this paper analyzes emphatically the current situation of Chinese cultivation of cold-chain logistics personnel and studies systematically corresponding strategies. |
