| 摘 要： | 随着大连港集装箱运输的发展,越来越多的超限货物使用框架集装箱进行运输。但是,目前大连港还存在着货主框架箱选择困难、装箱绑扎不当、装船操作不合理等方面的问题,需要各相关方通力协作,在海运各个环节上保证框架集装箱的合理使用,共同营造“船货双赢”的良好局面。

| Abstract: | More and more flat rack containers are used for the over-size cargo with the development of Dalian port. However, there are some barriers existed still, such as the difficult choice for the flat rack, the poor stuffing and binding, and the unreasonable loading operation, which need the extensive cooperation to guarantee the rational use about the flat rack container in each step of the marine transportation so as to build the ＂double-win＂ situation for both the carriers and the merchants. |
