Elementary Analysis of Material Planning of Hydropower Station During the Construction Period

As the most important part of material management, material planning has been the focus in the engineering management during the construction period . Normalized and efficient way of material management is the emphasis for all-level administrators of Construction Co., Ltd., State Grid Xinyuan Company. In this article, with authors＇ personal opinions, there are analysis and discussion of the management of material planning during the construction period within the group of Construction Co., Ltd., State Grid Xinyuan Company, as for the better performance in the material planning and service of owner of the engineering project as the role of the logistics service platform of Construction Co., Ltd., State Grid Xinyuan Company. Meanwhile, the authors avails them of this opportunity to share with their counterparts in material management, for the aim to promote the management intensification level of the State Grid with a constructive discussion.
