物流工程专业现场工程师人才培养初探

近年来,随着开设物流相关专业的高等院校逐渐增多,对物流专业的开设已逐渐由管理类学科向工程类学科转变,培养的物流人才也由管理类人才向技术型人才转变。因此,物流工程专业逐渐以“现场工程师”为人才培养的目标。文中首先对“物流现场工程师”的概念进行了界定,其次分析“物流现场工程师”所需具备的专业素质,并给出了培养物流“现场工程师”的初步方案,最后分析了“物流现场工程师”人才培养目标的瓶颈。

Research on Personnel Training of Logistics Engineering Field Engineer

In recent years, more and more Universities create logistics professional, its discipline direction is gradually changed from management to engineering, and also its personnel training is turned to technical personnel. Therefore, some of logistics engineerings are gradually taking ＂Field Engineer＂ as the goal of personnel training. This article firstly defines the concept of ＂Logistics Field Engineer＂, followed by analysis of professional quality of the ＂Logistics Field Engineer＂, and gives the initial program of training ＂Logistics Field Engineer＂, and finally comes to the bottleneck of personnel training objective＇s realization of ＂Logistics Field Engineer＂.
