我国小微企业发展问题研究

小微企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础。小微企业健康发展对于我国经济克服国际宏观因素影响,保持平稳较快发展,吸容就业,保障社会稳定具有重要战略意义。当前小微企业生存发展依然艰难,面临着经营成本上升明显、订单减少和资金链紧张、融资艰难等困境。小微企业生存发展面临严重困境有企业自身的原因,也有欧债危机等客观因素以及政策制度支持力度不足等方面的影响。鉴于小微企业在吸容就业、推动经济发展、促进创业、创新等方面发挥着不可替代的作用,所以有必要借鉴美、日等发达国家的相关经验,进一步加大对小微企业的支持力度,促进小微企业健康发展。

Research on the Problem of Development of Small - Micro Enterprise in China

Small-micro enterprise is the important foundation of national economic and social development.Healthy development of Small-micro enterprise plays the strategic importance on China′s economy to overcome the impact of international macrofactors and maintain steady and rapid development,absorbing employment,safeguarding social stability.Survival and development of Small-micro enterprise which is facing with rising operating costs,reduced orders,capital chain tension,difficult financing and other problems is still difficult currently.The serious trouble on survival and development of Small-micro enterprise has its own reasons,also because of objective reasons such as the European debt crisis and the lack of surpport of policies and systems.In view of the irreplaceable role of Small-micro enterprise on absorbing employment,promoting economic development,promoting entrepreneurship,innovation and other aspects,It is necessary to draw on the experience of the United States,Japan and other developed countries to further increase support for Small-micro enterprise,and promote the healthy development of Small-micro enterprise.
