| 摘 要： | 多元化经营战略是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择,相对于专业化来说多元化经营战略有一定的优势,但是实施多元化经营战略也会给企业带来风险.在此,以实证分析的方法提出了企业多元化经营的新思路,以期对实施多元化经营战略的企业有所借鉴.

| Abstract: | Diversification operation strategy is the certain choice that the erterprises have developed to some certain pharase to be chosed,it has some advantages compared with speciality operation strategy,but it also brings much more risks the enterprises carry out diversification operation strategy.The thesis offers a new idea about diversification operation strategy by empirical analysis,in order to give some suggestions to the enterprises that want to carry out diversification operation strategy. |
