| Abstract: | This paper discusses and analyzes the nature of clusters by giving illustrative examples from several parts of the world. Heretofore, the concept of cluster is only partially understood, many questions concerning cluster development still needed to be studied. A brief discussion on the operations management and IT issues within clusters is given. |
