| 摘 要： | 时空压缩下的我国人力资本积累呈现如下显著特征：时空压缩促使我国人力资本积累的快速增长;时空压缩加剧我国人力资本积累的区域差异;时空压缩导致我国人力资本积累面临更加严峻的国际竞争形势。从支撑我国未来现代化发展的长远看,我国人力资本积累需要充分考虑时空压缩的现实国情,不失时机地实施人力资本积累的跨越发展战略、协调发展战略与和平发展战略。

| Abstract: | The time-space compression perspective outlines several notable features of human capital accumu-lation in China: time-space compression promoting rapid growth of human capital accumulation; time-space compression increasing the regional difference of human capital accumulation; and time-space compression leading to a more severe situation of international competition in human capital accumulation. From the view of supporting the long-term development of China's future modernization, human capital accumulation in China need to give full consideration to the actual situation of time-space compression, and lose no time to imple-ment the strategies of leap-forward, coordination and peace in the development of human capital accumulation. |
