高速公路建设与城镇发展的相互关系研究初探——以苏南地区高速路段为例

高速公路是经济发展的产物，是一个国家现代化水平的重要标志之一。高速公路以其高速、安全、舒适、经济的优点在整个公路网中起着主干线的突出作用。世界上第一条高速公路建设始于20世纪20年代，而大量修建则是在二次大战以后。各工业发达国家为了提高干线公路通行能力，促进经济的恢复和社会的发展，大量修建高速公路。到60－70年代，欧美、日等工业发达国家已经建设了比较完善的高速公路网。目前世界高速公路总长度已达16万多km。本文主要阐述了两个方面，一是高速公路对江苏经济发展的重要作用。二是高速公路与城镇发展的相互关系以及探讨城镇布局与高速公路的连接形式。

A Probe Into the Interaction Between the Express High Way and the Development ofCities

High way is the production of economy development and it is one of the important symbols of the level of modernization. Having the advantage of rapidness, safety, comfort and economy, the express high way plays a key role in the nets of roads. The first construction of express high way started in the 1920s, while more construction was carry express high ways in order to boost the accessible ability of arteries and put forward the recovery of economy and the development of society. Till 1960's-1970's, Europe, American and Japan had formed perfect nets of express high ways. At present, the total length of the express high way has reached 160 thousand km in the world. The article states two parts mainly, the first is the great benefit the economy development of Jiangsu province has gained from the express high way; the second is about the interaction between the express high way and the city construction. The paper also makes a probe into the modes of connection between the city distribution and the express high way.
