| 摘 要： | 中国经济增长面临着资源制约的问题,传统的资源消耗方式难以支撑经济发展对资源的需求.经典经济学流派的资源观点和主流经济学理论很大程度上忽视了自然资源的作用,本文提出以资源节约为目标导向的循环经济发展模式是解决中国经济增长与资源制约矛盾问题的新途径.

| Abstract: | The economic increase of China is faced with the problems of the restriction of resources.The theories of classical economics genre and mainstream economics ignore the functions of natural resources in some degree.This thesis point out that recycling economy is a new approach to solve the conflicts between the economic increase and the restriction of resources. |
