| 摘 要： | 针对供应链的特点,基于联盟协同的管理思想,运用作业成本法和目标成本法,创新性地从会计学角度对供应链的成本控制进行研究,提出了面向供应链全过程的供应链成本控制体系的构建思路,设计了一个由目标成本设定、目标成本分解、目标成本达成三个阶段组成的多重循环的供应链成本控制体系,旨在为供应链成本管理实践提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | From the view of synergic alliance, the paper researchs on supply chain cost control system in accounting terms. From target costing method this can be divided into three stages by goal cost establishment, goal cost resolving, and goal cost after designing one. It aims at offering the theoretical direction for the practical cost management of supply chain. |
