我国社会保险体系发展面临的主要难点

未来五年，中国社会保险体系面临的主要难点，一是失业保险基金可能出现收支赤字，二是养老保险基金现收现付制度可能难以长期维持，三是企业经营状况不良导致保费不能足额收缴，四是老龄化社会加速到来，社保体系面临提高缴费率的压力，五是社会保障基金的管理与保值增值仍未找到完善的解决方案。

The Main Challenges to China's Social Security System in Its Development

Within 5 years to come, the social security system in China may face the following main challenges: 1)The laid off workers will be counted as ordinary unemployed population, hence the possibility of emerging deficit in the unemployment insurance fund. 2)The current accounting system of the old age insurance fund may hardly last long. 3)Insufficient collection of the old age insurance funds due to the poor performance of state owned enterprises. 4)Fast arrival of an aging society. 5)No good solution has been found for improving the management of the social security fund and for preserving and increasing the value of it.
