摘    要:在我国,普遍存在着社会决策层中的女性奇缺、机关单位高层领导中女性比例偏低以及家庭生活中女性在经济上存在依赖性等等,这些都造成了女性在就业、生存和发展上有诸多的障碍,使得女性人力资源不能充分发挥。因此,应通过多种渠道开发女性人力资源。

Abstract:Human society is consist of men and women.In our country,these are ubiquitous,decision-making department loses women severely,female rate of high-rise leaders in organizations is lower,in family women depend on man on the aspects of economy and so on,these bring many obstacles to women on the aspects of obtaining employment,survial,development etc.,female human resources don't bring into full play.So,should develop female human resources by many ways.
