| 摘 要： | 随着技术进步和社会经济发展，出现了一种高度依赖于地区创意能力的“发展的创意模式”。通过剖析地区的创意生产过程，提出地区创意生产系统及其特征，并借鉴波特的菱形构架理论提出了地区创意力决定的六要素模型。通过系统论述“发展的创意模式”，为创意社会条件下我国城市与区域发展提供理论支撑和政策建议。
