山东口岸进口高硫原油分析及思考

近年来,山东口岸高硫原油进口量快速增长,从2006年的757.92万吨增长到2011年的1834.81万吨,占山东口岸进口原油总量的比例也从2006年的32％上升到2011年的53.9％.进口来源国别众多,种类呈现多样化趋势,由2006年的9种上升到2011年的22种.山东口岸进口高硫原油的价格变化与国际原油价格走势始终吻合,主要流向中国石化下属炼化企业.硫含量对原油定价的影响很大,加工高硫原油对炼化企业生产的设备要求较高,而且对环保提出更高要求.建议企业结合实际生产中存在的问题,改进对进口高硫原油的加工利用.

Sour crude oil imported through Shandong ports

High sulfur crude oil imports have increased rapidly through Shandong ports,from 7.58 million tons in 2006 to 18.35 million tons in 2011,respectively from 32%of crude oil imports through Shandong in 2006 to 53.9%in 2011. The imported sour crude oil is sourced from many countries whose number has diversified,increasing from 9 in 2006 to 22 in 2010.Movement in the price of imported high-sulfur crude oil is always consistent with the trend in international crude oil prices.Imported sour crude flows mainly to Sinopec’ s refineries.Sulfur content has a big effect on the crude oil price,and increases the need for environmental protection from production facilities.Processing and utilization of imported sour crude oil should be reasonable and well considered,to reduce pollution while making full use of the commodity.
