| 摘 要： | 基于战略核心论，将灰局势决策的原理与方法运用到第三方物流服务提供商选择决策中，建立了评价指标体系并分析了该指标体系的特点，给出了不同极性目标的效果测度变换方法，得出了选择第三方物流服务商的一般步骤，并建立了决策模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the strategic core theory, the paper applies the principle and method of grey decision-making in the choice of 3PL provider, establishes the evaluation index system, analyzes its features, introduces the interchanging method of synthesis effect measure for different polarities index, gives out the procedure of selecting provider and establishes a decision model. |
