摘    要:家族企业经历一段创业辉煌后,眼下已走到裂变的十字路口,面临着成长的挑战,企业成长意味着管理资源的增加。尤其是人力资源的扩充。为此,家族企业必须突破家族管理资源的封闭性,要吸纳外部职业经理人进入企业。家族企业有效融合人力资源的前提就是建立企业中家族成员退出机制,这也是摆在家族企业面前的当务之急。

Abstract:After experiencing a refulgent period of carving out, the familial enterprises have reached a crossroad of fission, and been facing to the challenge of growing up. Growing up of the enterprise means the increase of manage resource, specially, the expansion of human resource. Therefore, the familial enterprises have to break the obturation of familial manage resource, and to absorb the external professional managers to join in. The precondition of effective inoseulating human resource is to construct a set of system of family members seceding, which is also the urgent affairs that has been in the face of the familial enterprises.
