摘    要:本文通过对各种组织形式中权利和权力的分析,在研究了人性假设,企业组织目标、结构、功能的基础上,得出结论,企业组织设计和变革的基点应为组织中权力和权利的合理有效分配。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the rights and power in various business organizations, based on the assumption of human nature and the discussion of business organizational goals, structures and functions, it draws the conclusion that the alternative perspective of business organizational design and change should be focused on the appropriate and effective allocation of the rights and power in business organizations.
