| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the rights and power in various business organizations, based on the assumption of human nature and the discussion of business organizational goals, structures and functions, it draws the conclusion that the alternative perspective of business organizational design and change should be focused on the appropriate and effective allocation of the rights and power in business organizations. |
