| 摘 要： | 可持续金融行动所要解决的核心问题:一是通过督促金融机构注重环境问题来规避由环境危机带来的金融风险;二是运用金融手段实现保护环境的目的,从而实现金融机构的可持续发展和环境保护的双赢.中国以国有商业银行为主体的金融制度特征,决定了政府的支持是在中国发展可持续金融的关键.而政府的目标决定了其有动力和积极性促使金融机构选择可持续金融.
