| Abstract: | In 2008, ROK shipbuilding industry experienced both good and bad news. The good news was that maj or business indexes continued to perch at the first place globally and ship export hit.a historical high. The bad news was that most of the large shipbuilding enterprises didn＇t realize their plan set at the beginning of 2008 and small ＆ medium shipbuilding enterprises faced more difficulties. So, Korean shipbuilding enterprises refrain from their usual action but show a low profile at the beginning of 2009. |
