我国应急物流现状及体系构建初探

随着突发性应急事件的增多,应急物流的出现与发展尤为必要。文章在文献整理的基础上,提出了我国现阶段应急物流的缺陷。文章认为应该完善应急物流通道建设,完善应急物流通道建设,构建应急物流配送系统,提升应急物流运作能力,加强应急物资储备体系建设,重视应急物流信息系统建设,加强物流法规建设,加强应急物流知识普及和预案演练等。

China urgent logistic present situation and system construction probing

With the increase in emergency incidents, emergency logistics development is particularly necessary. Based on the analysis of literatures, the paper proposed China’s emergency logistics current shortcomings. It pointed out that we should improve the emergency response logistics corridors, improve emergency response logistics corridors, build an emergency logistics and distribution systems, emergency logistics operation to enhance capacity, strengthening of emergency material storage system, attach importance to emergency logistics information system, and strengthening the logistics and laws, and strengthening of emergency logistics knowledge popularity and plans for training and so on.
