Through introducing the method of restoration ecology into the ecotourism, this paper discusses the theory foundation, main principle and restoration time of damaged ecotourism system restoration. It points out the function of restoration ecology theory in the ecotourism exploitation and planning, and provides the multi-objective nonlinear programming model in ecotourism.
