| 摘 要： | 商业银行在办理验资结算业务过程中,应当加强对代理公司垫资验资行为的管控措施,防止出现虚假出资、抽逃出资的结果,降低商业银行对外承担经济责任的风险,维护良好的市场经济秩序和金融秩序。

| Abstract: | The agency′s loaning control measures should be strengthened by commercial banks in the settlement process for verification.Thus,they could prevent fraudulent investment schemes and the capital flight;reduce the risks of foreign economic responsibility of the commercial banks to maintain a good market economic order and financial order. |
