| 摘 要： | 本文以水晶石——一家典型的创意服务企业为例，着重对该企业知识管理流程进行研究，通过分析水晶石业务流程特点构建出知识管理流程模型，描述了在业务流程不同阶段企业知识的流动方式，分析了当前企业存在的几种知识管理问题并提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of a typical example of creative service companies--Crystal Gt~, tins paper focuses on the processes of company knowledge management. Through the analysis of the characteristics of business processes of Crystal CG, it builds a knowledge management process model and describes the mode of knowledge flow in different stages of company business processes. It also analyzes the problems regarding knowledge management that current companies are faced with and proposes some corresponding measures to address them. |
