The Tortuous History,Causes and Countermeasures of Sino-Russia Natural Gas Cooperation

Sino-Russia natural gas cooperation has been through hardships because of the complex and diverse. This paper puts forward some suggestions by analysis these problems. At first, the paper explains the natural gas cooperation between China and Russia negotiations after a few twists and turns, from 1994 to 2014 ten years of ef-forts, China and Russia finally in 2014 signed cooperation agreement of the East; secondly, the paper has analyzed the reason of natural gas of negotiating tortuous. Finally, through the analysis the article put forwards corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
