| 摘 要： | 目前中国知识产权融资的需求与供给是失衡的,主要原因是存在融资约束,包括法律、技术和人才等层面的约束。文章运用信息经济学的原理,在分析知识产权定价机制的基础上,通过建立知识产权融资的交易平台、资本平台和信息平台,进而提出解决此失衡问题的若干融资方式等务实的实现路径。文章对当前中国企业摆脱知识产权融资约束,走规模化、高品质融资的路子,有正面的创新、启迪意义。
