This text starts with three different needs of real estate industry and makes a theoretic explain of the three needs. We think that different needs determine the form of need difference. The main factor of buying is the utility of customer. And make a judgment of the importance of real estate industry's need difference. Finally, this text gives some advice about how to improve the supply of different needs.
