摘    要:为实现湖泊长效管护的目的,将网格化管理引入湖泊管理与保护,完善湖泊管理机制和手段。通过定格、定人、定责,及时发现、分析和预测湖泊管理与保护中出现的问题,并对湖泊管护重点及能力进行适时调整。利用基于网格化管理的湖泊动态管护模式,根据对湖泊管护区域地理信息的细分、体制的建全、管护能力的强化,建立动态湖泊管理与保护系统,实现江苏省湖泊长效管护。

Abstract:In order to realize the long-term management and protection of lakes, the grid management is introduced into lake management and protection so as to improve the management mechanism and means of lakes. By determining the grids, persons and responsibilities, the issues in the management and protection of lakes can be detected, analyzed and forecast in time, and the key points and capability need to be dynamically adjusted. Using the dynamic management and protection method for lakes based on the grid management, the dynamic management and protection system for lakes is established to realize the long-term management and protection for lakes in Jiangsu Province by dividing the geographic information of lakes, improving the management system and strengthening the management capability.
