基于网格化管理的湖泊动态管护模式研究

为实现湖泊长效管护的目的,将网格化管理引入湖泊管理与保护,完善湖泊管理机制和手段。通过定格、定人、定责,及时发现、分析和预测湖泊管理与保护中出现的问题,并对湖泊管护重点及能力进行适时调整。利用基于网格化管理的湖泊动态管护模式,根据对湖泊管护区域地理信息的细分、体制的建全、管护能力的强化,建立动态湖泊管理与保护系统,实现江苏省湖泊长效管护。

Using the dynamic management and protection method for lakes based on the grid management, the dynamic management and protection system for lakes is established to realize the long-term management and protection for lakes in Jiangsu Province by dividing the geographic information of lakes, improving the management system and strengthening the management capability.
