| 摘 要： | 根据合同节水管理兴起与发展的现状,分析合同节水管理的投资模式和实践经验。利用干系人分析和投资模式对比的方式阐述合同节水管理投资模式的优势,寻求可以保证合同节水管理项目投资的长效性和可持续性,以及通过利益分配的模式增强投资效能的方法。最后探讨了合同节水管理投资模式在其他领域的可推广性。

| Abstract: | The investment management modes and practical experience of water-saving management contract are analyzed based on its emergence and development. Bye applying the stakeholder analysis and comparing the investment modes of water-saving management contract, the advantages of investment mode of water-saving management contract are elaborated. The method for ensuring the long-term and sustainable investment capacity of water-saving management contract projects is searched as well as the approach for enhancing the investment efficiency via profit distribution mode. Finally, the popularization of investment mode of water-saving management contract in other fields is discussed. |
