| 摘 要： | 在识别水利部所属各级事业单位投资企业面临主要风险的基础上,提出了企业风险防控工作的总体思路,从内部控制、外部监督管理两个层面构建了水利部所属各级事业单位投资企业风险防控制度框架,并提出了加强企业风险防控工作的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the risk identification of enterprises affiliated by all-level institutions of Ministry of Water Resources of P. R. China, the general idea of risk prevention and control work of enterprises is put forward. The system framework of risk prevention and control of enterprises affiliated by all-level institutions of Ministry of Water Resources of P. R. China is established from the aspects of internal control and external supervision, and some suggestions to strengthen the risk prevention and control work of enterprises are proposed. |
